What Washer Will Not Fill?
1. Make sure the lid is closed completely
2. Check that hot and cold water are available.
3. Check to see if the fill lines are kinked.
4. Verify that the water inlet screens have not become blocked.
First, turn off the water. Next, remove the fill hoses and clean your screens. Do not remove them as this could cause flooding. Turn the water on again, and then reinstall the hoses. Check for leaks.
If your top-load washer is still not filling with water, it’s time for a repair.
